Kindly read the policy below in its entirety before requesting any returns or exchanges.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days and require a “Return Merchandise Authorization #.”

RMAs can be acquired by contacting: info@sebamedusa.com

All authorized returns after 30 days will be issued store credit only.

Return freight charges are to be paid by customer.

All domestic exchanges will be shipped via UPS Ground for a nominal $4.98 shipping charge

Once we receive your return, we will credit your account automatically, minus the original shipping charge.
